As a Fire Weather Forecaster or Fire Behaviour Analyst I want to be able to edit the forecasted weather data So That I can apply local knowledge to make the forecast more accurate

Additional Context

  • Ability to easily manipulate data so that large amounts of data can be reviewed and adjusted
  • Should be intuitive and efficient
  • Explore option to set standard adjustments and save user preferences
  • Future would like to explore machine learning to learn from actual and foretasted values for each station.
  • Have the ability to score the forecaster (Are they improving data quality and making predictions closer to actual values than the models are doing?)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Given foretasted model weather data is imported, When I view the data, Then I have the ability to easily edit the values using local knowledge
  • Given (Context), When (action carried out), Then (expected outcome)
