As a FBA I need to summarize the percentage of combustible land area classified as 4,000 to 10,000 kW/m and >= 10,000 kW/m for every forecast and actual grid in our archived data set. We need a script to summarize and explore the data we are working with. So That this analysis will inform discussions with our stakeholders around spatial thresholds for issuing advisories.
Acceptance Criteria
Each row in the table should be stratified by type (forecast/actual), date issued, forecast/actual date, and fire zone.
Something like a 24x120 table: each row represents a zone, and for each zone we will have the following header:
Fire Zone
Grid Type: (Forecast vs Actual)
Rundate time
Fordate [ Not for actuals - (N/A) ]
Proportion of Combustible land for both 4K and 10K Intensity Classes
