Notification if bender cronjob fails

Describe the task
If for, whatever reason, the bender cronjob fails to run correctly, a notification has to be sent to the appropriate parties so that action can be taken to remedy the situation if required.

Acceptance Criteria

• If bender cronjob exists with errors, a notification must be sent.
• Notification must be sent to the same users as configured in uptime robot.

Additional context

• The idir password for bender changed, and we didn't notice that it was failing to run for 4 days.
