Describe the task
Collect the HRDPS Data from Environment Canada and store in the our DB

Acceptance Criteria

  • Downloading Model data from Environment Canada
  • Storing the model data in our DB
  • populating the weather station model predictions table (interpolated and bias adjusted values)
  • Existing Queries need to keep working (ensure that we are filtering on the Model ID)
