webapp开发中，webview预加载时图片叠加问题。 #439

在开发webapp的过程中，从首页预加载主页（slider在主页，会被预加载），当主页出现时slider里面的图片全部重合堆叠在了一起。

问题解决了是因为dom元素还未初始化完成就初始化了插件导致样式计算跑偏
解决方式是将初始化代码写入 plusready 里面
