K8s Deployment Returning 500 Errors

After deploying v1 services to a Kubernetes cluster without istio, we found that we'll sometimes get 500 errors back on some URLs that can be accessed in another tab. See screenshots for details

Thanks for opening this issue. I am going to investigate a bit more.

@max-shapiro32 @ykoyfman Initially we thought it was a istio issue. after bit of digging about, i dont thing that is the case anymore. So i think we need to add some logging to look at those 500 responses a bit better.
