提醒：独立版的网关并发受限，需要授权才能开启更高并发。

请问这句话的意思是如果正式部署是要付费授权才可以使用高性能版本的意思吗？

独立版本是集成了管理插件，所以会以收费的方式提供，那个限制也只是管理工具限制了。
