You added your creativity to the given project apart from the requirement. There are some suggestions for you if you add them they will make your website.

• For landscape mode in smaller devices, some of the link items in menubar are not accessible. If you can add some responsiveness, it will look better.
• If comments are written in your code, it will make it more readable for other developers. Please try to consider adding them.
• Section heading font size is oversized. It will be better if you limit the maximum value for it.
• The background picture distracts the view of about heading. If you try to add some background filtering effect.
• Some pictures are not visible e.g. in the sponsors and speakers section.
