Hello.
bellsoft-jre11 file download fails while building with aws codebuild.
Please check if the tar download url is normal.

I've checked the link on the image, all works as expected and I'm able to wget this link and open in the browser - https://github.com/bell-sw/Liberica/releases/download/11.0.18+10/bellsoft-jre11.0.18+10-linux-amd64.tar.gz
