add metadata / scraped data to synchronization

another feature request would be:
with adding a rom to synchronize to the device, it would be nice if existing scraped images would be synchronized as well (paths & names should be configurable, since there's no standard. Some scrapers put them in ./media/ subdirectory, some in ./downloaded_image/s, etc. & there are no naming conventions of the picture files).
Easier would be adding synchronization of gamelist.xml as well (selecting the relevant rom-tag of a synchronized rom from gamelist.xml on the computer and add it to the devices gamelist.xml file. within the rom-tag would be the correct paths to the media/pictures as well)

Thanks for you feedback. At the moment I'm very busy with my day job, but I will keep the issues open.
