Add obstacles the user must overcome before disabling Blocking.

Some Obstacle ideas:

  • Typing test
  • Maze
  • Button with a timer after it
  • Read Fake Terms and Conditions
  • Doom
  • Captcha (for the people who want to feel extra pain for giving in to distractions)

Future problem related to this issue:

The only way to change the override password is in the settings for the Redirect Page. If someone wanted to change the override password for the popup and they're using a custom redirect or different obstacle it would end up very confusing.
