Add tabs to links as well

the VieBundle link plugin has them, see http://cmf.liip.ch/ and https://github.com/liip/LiipVieBundle/blob/8afac2c58bbf68d962d8e059b8b2ce754dbb9e3d/Resources/halloplugins/link.js (though the standbol handling is still outside everything, guess the code is more for the idea than actual reuse)

the annotate plugin does that better then the tabs could do. https://github.com/bergie/hallo/blob/master/src/plugins/annotate.coffee

(oh would be awesome to have doc about the annotate plugin though)
