- Added option to the existing vtx cli command to change the vtx power (25mW, 200mW, ...) by index
- Allowed setting band, channel or power to 0 - this means leave unchanged when updating
- Added a short help text to cli to show what parameter does what
- Allowed changing power (not channel or band) while armed
