Hi

Are there any plans for torque support through the docker container? Or is this already possible? If so, how would I go about to get this to work?

Thx!
Matthias

Hi Matthias,

can you specify what you mean with Torque support? Galaxy has support for Torque and you can configure Galaxy in Docker as you want.
Currently, we have Slurm installed inside the container and Galaxy will use Slurm by default, but this should not stop you to configure Galaxy to use something else.

Ciao,
Bjoern

Oh I see, that makes my question a non-issue. Sorry, I have no experience with docker and I didn't know it was possible to change those configurations afterwards.

Thanks!
