- Developed an Android app allowing translation between 59 languages using Google ML Kit’s Translation APIs.
- Implemented image text extraction functionality using ML Text Recognition v2, to upload images and extract text fortranslation.
- Integrated language auto-detection feature (’Others’ option) for unidentified text input using Language Identification, so as to identify and translate them.
- Included a text-to-speech feature forreading the translated text aloud.
- Tech Stack: Kotlin, XML, Google ML Kit (Text Recognition V2, Language Identification, Translation).
