Password in SIP

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Configuration of SIP account

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The documentation show a input box with 4 fields, Extension, Protocl (SIP,IAX), 
password, confirm password.
With version 1.60 there are only extension and protocol.
I can't register my extension

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.60
