What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have Windows XP SP3 and last version OutCall 1.60 on client's computer
2. I have Elastix 2.3 (Asterish 1.8.12) and IP Phone Thomson 2030, which 
registered at Extension 3202
3. I am write on /etc/asterisk/manager_custom.conf

[outcall]
secret=password
deny=0.0.0.0
permit=10.20.0.0/255.255.0.0
read=system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,originate
write=system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,originate

You program registered on Asterisk susseful! On Extension in OutCall I write 
3202 SIP (Where is password???). Also i create another Extension 3300 without 
password. 

Search Contacts in Outlook in Global Adreee List is good, but i can not call!

In Debug - information is

Response: Error
ActionID: outcall_dial_action
Message: Permission denied.


On Asterisk logs is empty! My call do not send to Asterisk. Help me please!


Also i install siptapi-0.2.13 for TAPI integration my IP Telephone. I can to 
call only contacts in Outlook, but i am need call to contacts from Active 
Directory (Global Adreess List).
You program is AMY and siptapi-0.2.13 is TAPI. Tell me please about connection?



What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

"from-internal"!
