以前曾经在博客园写了一篇在Linux下用Dnsmasq解决域名污染的问题的文章(解决DNS污染与劫持之使用特殊DNS端口)。多年以后，我发现在Windows下暂时没有比较好的方案，所以决定用Python实现一个类似功能的东西出来。

目前更新到v0.4,功能非常简陋，但目前是能随便上维基的，多数时候还能上谷狗。
