version compare form apt repository and snap

root@open:~# apt list -a certbot
Listing... Done
certbot/jammy,now 1.21.0-1build1 all [installed]

root@opencast:~# snap install --classic certbot
certbot 2.8.0 from Certbot Project (certbot-eff✓) installed

acme.sh is a good alternative
