This release marks some significant upgrades to the video. We now use VP8 for both webcams and screen sharing. This was made possible by the release of iOS 12.2 which now supports VP8 natively by Safari (thanks Apple!).

This release also upgrades to Kurento 6.10 and fixes various edge cases in bbb-webrtc-sfu package that might have caused sharing of webcams to stop working. It also upgrades the built-in version of node used in meteor to 8.15.1.
