Landscape season thumbs & episode view

"That edited episode view is awesome if you have poster season thumb, not so much if you have landscape ones.

Could it be possible to fallback to the show's poster if available and w/ a correct ratio ?
(I don't think a landscape season thumb would really fit in there)."

So it'll be like :

• Poster season thumb
• if not then poster.jpg
• else poster TV show thumb

a1180ba should add fallback images. Haven't tested real good, so feel free to reopen if not fixed.
