Community guidelines missing

Hello! I'm one of the reviewers for your submission to the Journal of Open Source Software (openjournals/joss-reviews#1533). One of the requirements in the review checklist is:

Community guidelines: Are there clear guidelines for third parties wishing to 1) Contribute to the software 2) Report issues or problems with the software 3) Seek support

I can't find any contribution guidelines in the current version of the repository. In case it's helpful, GitHub provides links to a few examples.
