InvalidAccessKeyId when calling the PutObject operation

Hello,

Thank you for creating the repository. It indeed is helpful. But, I am stuck in one place.

After trying to execute the commands as mention in the readme file I am getting the below-mentioned error -

Unable to upload artifact parseMailHeader/ referenced by CodeUri parameter of ParseMailHeaderFunction resource.

An error occurred (InvalidAccessKeyId) when calling the PutObject operation: The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records.

I was hoping if you could help here.

after digging around it looks like this all ties back to the aws cli. The progress for the fix is being tracked by @mariano-calandra-xp's ticket here localstack/localstack#1783
