We are unable to install the tool reconscan , can you create a video tutorial to make installation easy?

I have to run the command:- composer update && composer install after running this showing this error:- In RemoteFilesystem.php line 527:

The "https://repo.packagist.org/packages.json" file could not be downloaded: Failed to open stream: Connection timed out
