Milestone - increase downloads of bioboxes

At a review meeting we discussed milestones with the goal of focusing
development of bioboxes. The project has grown increasingly large, and common
focus will help discussion and selection of development goals. The first
milestone will be to increase usage and uptake of bioboxes by the
bioinformatics community.

We will track downloads of biobox-compatible Docker containers as a proxy for
their use. We will start measuring this value, and then aim increase it over
the next 3-months.

When I posted the recipe page on twitter it received quite positive feed back. I think these recipes could be a good way of demonstrating the value and using bioboxes and we should consider adding recipes for all biobox types that we consider mature.
