Describe your pull request here

I had planned on adding the aligners CIRIquant uses via a mulled multi-container. Let's add them here first so the conda package is deployable 'out of the box'.

No artifacts found on the most recent Azure build. Either the build failed, the artifacts have were removed due to age, or the recipe was blacklisted/skipped.

Package(s) built on Azure are ready for inspection:

Arch Package Zip File
noarch ciriquant-1.1.2-pyhdfd78af_1.tar.bz2 LinuxArtifacts

You may also use conda to install these after downloading and extracting the appropriate zip file. From the LinuxArtifacts or OSXArtifacts directories:

conda install -c ./packages <package name>

Docker image(s) built (images are in the LinuxArtifacts zip file above):

Package Tag Install with docker
ciriquant 1.1.2--pyhdfd78af_1
showgzip -dc LinuxArtifacts/images/ciriquant:1.1.2--pyhdfd78af_1.tar.gz | docker load
