Animation colors should check for matches in the color tab

Often times the colors used for the spheres in the PCoA plot are likely to be the ones that will be used in the animation, if that's the case colors should be matched.

Ideally matched but systematically shifted eg lighter and less saturated.

This entire section of commands is useful for auto lighten and desturate
