Add calculation/operation on snpEff ANN

  • Add a split operation to explode snpEff annotations into INFO/tags
  • Automatically detect snpEff ANN format (into VCF header tags information)
  • Allow JSON format
  • Choose snpEff ANN field name (default 'ANN')
  • Choose snpEff output fields (as prefix)
  • Choose list of annotations to add
  • auto-detect annotation types
  • split again some specific annotations (e.g. 'cDNA.pos / cDNA.length')
