Example command:

/skynet.js < functional_tests/test_data/two_sequence.fasta --log foobar

Log file looks like this:

{"level":"info","message":"Command line: /usr/local/bin/node /Users/bjpop/scratch/skynet/skynet.js --log foobar","timestamp":"2018-02-19T09:47:53.950Z"}
{"meta":0,"level":"info","message":"Processing FASTA file: stdin with minlen %i","timestamp":"2018-02-19T09:47:53.953Z"}

Looks like JSON output. Is it supposed to be formatted more neatly as text?
