npm after install not have the css-star-rating/dist/scss/star-rating.scss file #56

I found that in the source of angular-star-rating not have the file with name star-rating.scss, So I could not load the example.

I'm sorry, I didn't read the close issues before make this issue. I found it in the node_modules dependencies already.
