This line expects jenkins test results to have a hyphen:

https://github.com/BirkbeckCTP/janeway/blob/d8021a9567f3a6b189ef60ed631a43db130b9d66/.gitignore#L150

But they don't and as a result are tracked by Git:

https://github.com/BirkbeckCTP/janeway/blob/master/jenkins/test_results/test_results.xml
