Learning Goal/Objective

Will traders create more small size offers (0.01-0.05 BTC) if fee structure is optimized?

Hypothesis

IF we reduce total trade fee (mining fee + trade fee) below 5% for small trades THEN number of trades will increase by 50%.

-Currently for a small trade 0.01 BTC the minimum fee is a huge 12% (2% trade fee + 9.6% mining fee).
-For 0.1 BTC trades total fees are quite reasonable... <1.5% in total (0.20% trade + 0.95% mining).
