- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2tsp tumeric powder
- 1tsp corriander powder
- 2tsp garm masala
- 1tsp chilli powder
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- 2 white onions
- 10x cashew nuts
- water
- 1kg chicken thigh
- 1 cup water
- pepper, giner, garlic
- Medium heat oil, garlic ginger and pepper
- High heat, add chicken to seal outside
- Medium heat add spice mix and onion paste
- Simer till oil separates ~10m
- Add water to thin, simmer 10-15m
- Corriander or spring onion for color
Should be fine to combine spice mix and onion paste for easy prep
