Chicken Korma

Serves 4

Spice Mix

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2tsp tumeric powder
  • 1tsp corriander powder
  • 2tsp garm masala
  • 1tsp chilli powder
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon

Onion Paste

  • 2 white onions
  • 10x cashew nuts
  • water

Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken thigh
  • 1 cup water
  • pepper, giner, garlic

Method

  1. Medium heat oil, garlic ginger and pepper
  2. High heat, add chicken to seal outside
  3. Medium heat add spice mix and onion paste
  4. Simer till oil separates ~10m
  5. Add water to thin, simmer 10-15m
  6. Corriander or spring onion for color

Notes

Should be fine to combine spice mix and onion paste for easy prep
