运行“Run poCs with Tags”时，不设置代理也会带上 -proxy 参数

eg:
nuclei -tags rce,cvnd -u http://192.168.18.11 -proxy
flag needs an argument: -proxy

已在最新代码中修复过了，你可以尝试自行打包使用最新版本。

我没用bp插件，是单独运行的，也是自行打包的。还是有这个问题，大佬看看。
