Unsigned tx using GUI in a watch-only wallet

I was unable to create an unsigned tx using GUI in a watch-only wallet. Mentioned the details in the below link. Interested to know if I am doing something wrong or GUI has some issues and we need CLI to do this.

@Sjors bitcoin/bitcoin#16944 mentions that

the watch-only balance is available on the send screen (including coin selection). Instead of sending a transaction it generates a PSBT.

Why am I still unable to create unsigned transaction using GUI?
