toBaseId :: ToBaseId ent => SqlExpr (Value (Key ent)) -> SqlExpr (Value (Key (BaseEnt ent))) prevents us from using Maybe keys.

toBaseIdMaybe :: ToBaseId ent => SqlExpr (Value (Maybe (Key ent))) -> SqlExpr (Value (Maybe (Key (BaseEnt ent))))

straightforward to add
