增加用于构建Docker镜像的Dockerfile，可通过 goang:1.17 构建二进制执行文件后放入 alpine:3.14 生成 easyhttpd 的容器镜像。

容器内默认web根路径为 /srv/www ，默认使用用户 http 启动 easyhttpd 进程，默认暴露端口 8008。
