I can't find the blockchain.js file that contains the code for the Blockchain class used to instantiate the blockChain object, e.g. used here https://github.com/bitpay/bitcore/blob/master/Transaction.js#L758
The bitcoinjs-server repo from which this repo is derived from has it but it is missing in this repo. See https://github.com/bitcoinjs/bitcoinjs-server/blob/master/lib/blockchain.js
