margins is set to {0, 0, 1, 0} here
causes this

changes it back to all zeros fixes the issue

Same issue here 👍
Perhaps this has something to do with Windows 11 vs Windows 10? I am seeing this behaviour on windows 10.
The suggested change seems to work for me.
