works good, tested with current HF date in 2018 replays fine, lots of console output but this is expected.
then changed hardfork date to 2016-04-01 it passes fine. stopped the chain after HF and removed the old_stake_target stuff. the chain continue fine after hf date. replay without the old_target stuff also worked and the output is back to normal.
good enough for me to be approved.
