Transfers to a subacount broken in GUI

Yunbi reports that sending to a sub-account (e.g btsx.chongzhi.yunbi) doesn't work from the GUI. The "Send" button doesn't enable and an avatar is not generated for the sub-account. However, they are able to send from the console of the GUI client. This is a very serious issue for them, because their users can't deposit to yunbi because of this problem currently. Presumably we can fix this with just a GUI update.

By mistake 0.7.0 was released with 3-weeks old GUI (web_wallet) version, 0.7.0-a updates it to the most recent one and fixes this issue. Please install 0.7.0-a GUI update!
