Safari inline auto fill new item menu problems

Steps To Reproduce

2. Make sure auto fill menu for form fields is not set to off
3. Open Safari and go to a website for which you have no logins stored
4. Click on a form field where you can enter login credentials
5. In the Bitwarden auto fill inline menu click on new item

Expected Result

Nothing happens until you click the Bitwarden browser extension icon in the browser toolbar. Then a new seperate Bitwarden window will open. If you clicked multiple times on new item before there will be multiple windows stacked on top for each click you made.

Actual Result

Bitwarden should open without clicking on the Bitwarden extension icon first

This bug can't be reproduced in Chrome or Firefox. No additional browser plugins besides Bitwarden were activated.
