Was changed to use browserify some time ago but wasn't documented. I'm beginning to think it was a mistake to use browserify - too much magic. I think it would be good to go back to jsbuild or perhaps even rewrite the whole thing to coffescript.

Done now... didn't rewrite to coffescript, but browserify is gone. build.sh is now included.
