local Sonar didn't show anything.

Is the scanner configured properly, e.g. using the proper language?

It might be a problem, I thought it is enough to simply use sonarScanner.

I think it was good, it claims that, both sonarJS, and sonarpython was installed.

Integrated SonarQube to build process, and also fix it, now unfortunately we have problems: https://sonarqube.com/dashboard?id=sonarscanner.bkartyas%3Achangelog%3Aintegrate_sonar
