Describe the bug
Prior to Firefox 125, when the window was maximized, moving the mouse along the top of the screen allowed tabs to be clicked. Now, with Lepton installed, the tabs are slightly too short:

Expected behavior
With no theme installed, the tabs are reachable all the way to the top:

The close buttons also started showing a border on hover in v125, which is probably pushing the tabs down slightly and causing this.
