FetchError: request to https://gitlab.***.com/api/v4/projects?membership=yes failed, reason: self signed certificate in certificate chain

I found a cert-tweaks package, but it seems that even I install certificate into AtomIO trust store with this package, the certificate is not trusted. It is possible that gitlab-integration is initialized shortly before cert-tweaks.

How to tell gitlab-integration to accept my certificate?
