Includes Publish FX rates Reactive Engine (use random prices for now)
Subscribe to FX rates in FXSpotPriceService from the UI to get stream of prices
Publish that stream to the ListBox
Implement Buy and Sell logic
Wrap Stream Pricing stuff with tests
Think about how easy will it be to replace random prices with live feed subscription
