grails wrapper doesn't work

I didn't check in the wrapper directory after setting up the project because I didn't think it was required for grailsw to do it's thing. Turns out that it is required, so this directory should be checked into source control.

I checked in the wrapper files with b3a9309 and confirmed that it allowed starting the server on another box simply by running grailsw run-app.
