Make browser gracefully handle multiple names in 1 ID

We have some users who have multiple names associated with one Blockstack address. The browser currently gives no indication of this. We can handle this in a couple of ways.

Display all of the names associated with an ID or allow users the ability transfer their names from one ID to another. Either of these fixes could work.
