After pressing Ctrl+C on one of my programs, I was inundated with [TRACE mio::poll] deregistering event source from poller lines. I found out that for every Session object that is created, a new tokio event source is created and never gets removed despite dropping Session.

This PR should fix that issue by aborting the IOResource returned from dbus_tokio (documentation explicitly allows for abortion), and by keeping a weak reference to SessionInner in the method call handler.

Thanks for the fix. I was not aware that the D-Bus connection task must be cancelled explicitly.
